Red-on-line acquires the EHS software platform Gutwinski to broaden its European Footprint
Red-on-line, a leading EHS software and content provider announces today it has acquired Gutwinski Management GmbH. Headquartered in Vienna, Gutwinski is a leading EHS platform solution in German speaking countries.
Founded in 1999, Red-on-line has built an international business covering 165 jurisdictions. With more than 2,000 customers worldwide, Red-on-line offers its customers access to a multi-module SaaS software solution for risk management and regulatory compliance. Based in Vienna, Gutwinski, a major EHS content and software provider, enables Red-on-line to considerably strengthen its presence in Austria, Germany and German-speaking Switzerland.
As both a leading EHS regulatory content expert and advanced software solutions specialist, Red-on-line offers a wider range of services and tailored solutions to help organisations reduce their legal compliance risks.

This is Red-on-line’s second acquisition of a major European EHS software company in 2021. This comes on the back of the successful acquisition last May of Pegasus Legal Register, the leader in the British and Irish markets
