Infopro Digital has signed an agreement to acquire Karnov’s EHS division, which specialises in advanced solutions for regulatory monitoring and compliance. With global coverage of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) laws and regulations, the high growth business holds a strong market position in the Nordics and France and continues to develop internationally.

This acquisition further solidifies Infopro Digital’s position in EHS compliance software business and enhances the capabilities of its Red-on-line brand. This move underlines Infopro Digital’s commitment to delivering innovative and comprehensive solutions to the market.
