Dutch company ABK boosts Infopro Digital’s international operations

Infopro Digital has acquired a 100% stake in the Dutch company ABK (Aanbestedingskalender B.V.).

ABK provides almost 2,000 business customers with a service monitoring calls for tenders issued by central government and local authorities in the Netherlands. The company generates 1.3 million Euros in annual revenues.

ABK will become part of our “Business to Government” area.

This acquisition enables Infopro Digital to boost its operations in the Netherlands and pursue its leadership strategy in Europe, with a significant presence in three countries – France, Belgium and the Netherlands – in the “Business to Government” sector.
