About the Role
The Global Head of Production plays a pivotal role in leading the strategy and execution of content and production across the Risk Global portfolio. This role is central to driving deep audience engagement and maintaining the global leadership position of Infopro Digital’s brands across events and commercial editorial marketing solutions.
You will:
Align regional best practice across teams and geographies
Drive co‑located content strategies across the Risk & Markets portfolio
Develop growth markets, including the Middle East and Central Europe
Enhance collaboration across production, editorial, sales and marketing
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth
This is a senior, highly collaborative role suited to an experienced production leader with strong commercial acumen and a global mindset.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy
Lead the global content and production strategy across Risk Global events and marketing solutions
Act as the global co‑location lead, ensuring strategic and content alignment across brands and regions
Align and embed regional best practice while fostering collaboration across global teams
Portfolio and Production Management
Oversee priority portfolios including:
Risk & Markets Show co‑locations
Financial Markets Summit
Commercial Editorial Marketing Solutions
Energy Risk / Commodities portfolio
Develop and execute cohesive production strategies across Risk, Markets, 1LoD and WatersTechnology
Ensure consistency in best practice across speakers, delegates, content and commercial offerings
People Management and Stakeholder Engagement
Report to the Managing Director, Events & Marketing Services
Directly manage senior producers including:
EMEA Events Director
APAC Head of Events
Head of Production, Growth Markets
Risk Americas & XLoD Head of Production
Financial Crime Head of Production
Manage the US production function via a dotted‑line relationship with the US Head of Production
Work closely with global and regional marketing leaders to ensure alignment and effective delivery
Commercial and Revenue Growth
Work closely with sponsorship and delegate sales teams to drive revenue across events and marketing services
Own revenue objectives and support tier‑one sponsor and partner relationships
Monitor and report on KPIs including:
Audience growth and seniority
Revenue contribution and profitability
Client and revenue retention
Engagement and NPS metrics
Support the development of Risk & Markets leaders’ networks as a significant sponsorship revenue driver by 2027
Requirements
Essential
Extensive experience leading content and production for large‑scale B2B events or media businesses
Proven ability to manage and align global teams across multiple regions
Strong commercial acumen with experience partnering closely with sales and marketing
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long‑term vision and operational delivery
Desirable
Experience within financial services, risk, markets or technology sectors
Experience managing co‑located event portfolios and commercial editorial solutions
