Marketing Graduate Trainee

Infopro Digital group are recruiting for a Marketing Graduate Trainee to join our global, B2B marketing team. Successful candidates will be working for the Risk Global group based out of our London offices, with a clear progression path to Marketing Executive upon completion of the training scheme.

About the role

9-month graduate scheme with clear career path to Marketing Executive

Part of our London marketing team of 17 – collaborating with a global team of 27 marketers

Working on industry-leading B2B financial events – including the Risk Live event series

30 hours of structured learning with the Digital Marketing Institute, leading to an industry-recognized certification

Gain experience with best-in-class marketing technology – including HubSpot and Salesforce

Learn from a team of passionate, dynamic, and experienced marketers – including Heads of Marketing who joined us as graduates themselves

Campaign activity includes email, social media, paid search, online and offline collateral, partnerships and working with marketing agencies

Key tasks and responsibilities

As a Marketing Graduate Trainee, reporting to a Head of Marketing, you will:

Execute and track the success of acquisition and lead generation campaigns across multiple digital channels

Set up and monitor automated campaigns (HubSpot) and lead workflows (Salesforce)

Monitor and improve funnel conversion for our brands (traffic to registration, registration to delegate)

Use online and offline channels to boost engagement and conversion

Contribute to the growth of our social media activity – learning how to drive traffic into sales funnels

Update website collateral and track the effectiveness of changes, striving to improve conversions

Explore and adopt AI tools (including our in-house co-pilot “Digi”) to bring efficiencies to the role

Requirements

1+ years marketing experience in a B2B environment (or strong passion for marketing with relevant exposure).

General understanding of B2B marketing principles.

Strong command of English for copywriting.

Analytical mindset – ability to track results, use data, and inform strategy.

Problem-solving skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.

Tech-savvy; quick to learn new systems and software.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Degree in marketing or related field (preferred, not essential).

Communication Effectiveness – able to collaborate with global teams (e.g., Hong Kong, USA, Portugal).

Analytical Thinking – track, test, and monitor marketing activities to improve outcomes.

Demonstrates passion for career progression, with potential to grow into senior marketing roles (Manager, Head of Marketing, Director).
