Red-on-line acquires Pegasus EHS Software to broaden its European Footprint
Red-on-line, a leading EHS software and content provider announced that it acquired Pegasus Legal Register, an Irish based EHS software provider.
Headquartered in Limerick, Pegasus delivers a cloud-based platform to over 600 multisite, multilingual, multi-jurisdictional customers often operating in heavily regulated industries.
The acquisition of Pegasus strengthens Red-on-line’s position in Ireland and the UK and complements its unique position in the market as both a leading EHS regulatory content expert and advanced software solutions specialist (Legal compliance, Incident management, Risk management, Sustainable report, etc.). Since its founding in 1999, Red-on-Line has built an international business covering 165 jurisdictions and servicing 2,000 clients worldwide.
