The Belgian group EBP enters the Infopro Digital fold
We are delighted to confirm Infopro Digital’s acquisition of the Belgian group EBP.
EBP is the Belgian leader in business-to-business information in the construction industry. It also has operations in the Netherlands and France.
Based in Brussels, with annual revenues of approximately €20m and around 100 employees, EBP mainly works in:
- “Business to Government” services, monitoring public sector calls for tenders on behalf of companies in Belgium (EBP), France (MPF) and the Netherlands (EBP Nederland);
- The publication of journals aimed at construction professionals in Belgium through La Chronique and Bouwkroniek;
- Consulting and the organisation of events and training, mainly in Belgium and aimed at public sector contract professionals.
This acquisition represents a significant step in the international development of the group. Infopro Digital becomes the European leader in “Business to Government” services, therefore accelerating the activities led by the Vecteur Plus teams, and strengthens its position in the media and events area of the Construction sector.
In addition to its existing activities, EBP is set to become the growth driver for Infopro Digital in the Benelux countries and will serve as a base for the international development of all the other activities of the group in this region.
Bruno de Mulder, co-founder of EBP, will continue to coordinate the activities of EBP, which will be incorporated into our Software division, managed by Patrice Morard.
