Acquisition of Bindexis by the Infopro Digital group

The Infopro Digital group has just announced its acquisition of Bindexis, a Swiss company that specializes in construction industry intelligence and lead generation. Bindexis is headquartered in Basel and has about thirty employees.

With this new acquisition, which follows its recent acquisition of Barbour ABI in the United Kingdom, Infopro Digital is strengthening its position as the European leader in the construction industry intelligence and lead generation markets.

Infopro Digital already owns eight companies in different European national markets: IBAU in Germany, Vecteur Plus and MPF in France, EBP in Belgium, Infomanager in Switzerland, Documedia AT in Austria, ABK in the Netherlands and Barbour ABI in the United Kingdom.

The acquisition of Bindexis is part of the group’s internationalization strategy.
