ESG Strategy

Our goal is for our clients to achieve lasting success that is good for everyone.

Christophe CzakjaFounder and Executive Chairman

Environnemental, Social and Governance (ESG) is central to our mission.

From the beginning, the Infopro Digital Group has been a committed partner for businesses, professionals, and local governments.

Helping them succeed is what we do best. In an increasingly complex and digital environment, we build technology, data, and information solutions to connect business communities.

The purpose behind our commitments

Incorporating our social and environmental responsibility policy into everything we do is key to helping our clients achieve sustainable success and have a positive impact.

The 3 pillars of our ESG strategy

Some of the guiding principles behind our group policies are: equal opportunities, promoting diversity and access to job and training opportunities, analyzing and reducing the environmental impact of our activities, and data security and ethics.

Our commitments to reducing and managing our environmental impact apply to all our activities and operations and even our indirect sourcing.

Teams committed to inclusion and a strong community

Facilitating integration for people with limited employment options

In France, Infopro Digital has supported the organisation Nos Quartiers ont du Talent for several years. Group employees’ mentor recent graduates from underprivileged backgrounds and provide support for their job search.

In the United Kingdom, with the Infopro Digital UK Foundation, employees raise money to support youth-focused charities like Centrepoint, which helps vulnerable young adults access education and jobs to build a stable future.

Promoting diversity and raising awareness of inclusion

Our employees learned about disability issues during European Disability Employment Week. With the DuoDay programme, they hosted people with disabilities for a day of job shadowing.
