Marketing Executive

Infopro Digital group is recruiting for a Marketing Executive on a permanent basis to join Risk Global brand in Hong Kong.

Through our market-leading brands, we serve five professional communities – risk and insurance, automotive aftermarket, construction, retail, and industrials – enabling our clients to make informed business decisions and create new opportunities.

This is a role that offers structure, whilst encouraging fresh ideas. The successful candidate will be involved hands-on with activities across range of subscription products and training courses offering serving the Apac market.  

The ideal candidate will hold experience in marketing; however, practical experience within the sector is not essential – a passion for marketing and ambition are far more important to us. 

Key tasks and responsibilities. 

Develop strategic marketing plans and regularly track the success of lead generation and engagement campaigns including email, digital marketing, third party promotion, internal advertising, mailouts, etc 

Monitor and track the effectiveness of multi-channel campaigns for lead generation, engagement, renewal and new business 

Increase organic traffics and enquiries and encourage purchase intention through different channels 

Creative engaging copy that draws customers into our products and offerings 

Utilise all online and offline channels to improve conversion levels. Create multi-media, multi-effort campaign plans for segments of prospects 

Improve the social media activity – learn how to use social platforms to drive traffic into the subscription funnels 

Identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for the client based on analysis 

Collaborate with different teams in projects to maximise sales and return through websites, events and publications 

Cost control and KPI monitoring for maximising returns for brands 

Be part of a team of experts that uses the full capability of systems such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics and Piano to drive subscription revenues and improve engagement 

Update online pages using the internal CMS system 

Requirements

Degree level educated, preferably have experience in marketing. Good proficiency in English is essential 

Good understanding of marketing techniques  

Good knowledge of MS Office 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Excellent organisational and project management skills 

Attention to detail for analysing, tracking and evaluating digital activity  

Ability to learn new systems and processes and new technology becomes available 

Be able to work independently and multitasking 

Entrepreneurial and commercially minded 

Good presentation skills (both in-person and virtual
