Sales Ledger

Infopro Digital group (“Infopro”) are recruiting for a UK Sales Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis to join Haynes Group Limited who sit within Infopro’s Automotive division.

Infopro is a global organisation with 4000 employees based in 18 Countries and a turnover of €550 million.

The UK Sales Ledger Clerk is a newly created position and will be responsible for the Accounts Receivable function for all UK sales ledgers within the Haynes Group.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) credit control, regular aged and bad debt reviews, administration of direct debit collection, reconciliation of receivables ledger control accounts, resolving customer queries, and working with the management accountants on month end reporting and sales reporting.

Ideally, they will have experience within a similar role.

In addition, they should be a self-starter who is comfortable with working independently (with the backing of the management accountants), as well as possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

The position will be based in Sparkford, Yeovil with the opportunity for hybrid working.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience working within Accounts Receivable / Sales Ledger Processing

Experience in a similar role beneficial

Excellent communication skills and customer service skills

Accurate and a keen eye for detail

Computer literate – ability to grasp new accounting systems, Excel and Word
