Requirements

As a key member of the sales team you will be responsible for delivering a pure growth model of new business through actively identifying, hunting and acquiring new direct sales opportunities within the UK market

We’re looking for a Tenacious and motivated BDM who has a taste for a challenge. Someone who is a proactive sales person with strong interpersonal skills that will allow you to be comfortable with B2B decision-makers (business leaders , marketing and sales departments).

Someone who can offer our clients the best digital B2B lead generation solutions and help them implement them quickly with concrete results.

An already successful B2B leader who can Identify and prospect new business opportunities in your market.

You are an excellent negotiator, autonomous, open, organized…but above all you like to surpass yourself and exceed your objectives!

A real player in Companeo’s growth, you will be in charge of the commercial development of a B2B sector by prospecting new customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

You will be supported by experienced sales management, will benefit from powerful tools (CRM, leads, etc.) as well as a very comprehensive training program during your first 3 months. Your successes will allow you to evolve in a group with many opportunities in UK and Europe. For this, your main missions will be:

Understand the marketing and commercial challenges of your prospects to best meet their lead generation challenges.

Implement the commercial policy: offers of products and services, negotiation, prices.

Animate your portfolio of active customers and ensure cross-sell and up-sell to other lead generation solutions.
