Subscription Sales Executive

An opportunity has become available in our London offices for selling enterprise subscriptions to various clients across

the UK and Europe.

We are seeking a talented sales professional to join our London-based subscription sales team.

The job will suit an ambitious,creative and hard-working person keen to accelerate their career in sales.

The Subscription Account Manager will be responsible for:

Delivering significant uplift in our individual and enterprise subscriptions through up-sell and new business

Retaining our existing client subscription base at a ratio > 80%

Building and developing client relationships across their book of business of clients

Presenting usage statistics to key customers

Protecting our copyright and monetizing opportunities highlighted through client infringement

Establishing best-in-class sales and client engagement practices (in close partnership with the Group Marketing Director and Head of Customer Services)

Transitioning our subscription business from individual subscriptions to enterprise subscriptions

Driving increased penetration and engagement across our existing client base

Building close partnerships with the enterprise customers

Requirements

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of exceeding targets, of delivering creative and valuable solutions to their clients and of developing and motivating high-performing teams. Previous experience of media sales is important as we are looking for individuals who can accelerate the growth of our brands and customer base.

Only the most ambitious salespeople with strong track records should apply for this role. If you are creative, consultative, able to build strategic relationships with your client base and motivate others around you, then this is the perfect role for you.

Building a detailed understanding of our markets and global accounts, including their business strategy, drivers, goals and initiatives and translating these into valuable marketing strategies

Communicating and creating compelling high-quality proposals independently – as well as supporting innovation and developing new products and services

Establishing and maintaining executive relationships with clients in all their primary locations

Sales planning across your accounts and team to deliver global growth objectives, with responsibility for accurate pipeline management and forecasting

Where you’ll work

This role is based at our Houndsditch office in Central London
