Business Development Manager Benelux

The Infopro Digital group is recruiting a Business Development Manager for the Benelux markets to join the entity Companeo.

Companeo has a team of 200 people in Europe serving B2B Lead Generation requirements of 1800 customers across 24 countries in Europe and North America!
Since 2000, Companeo has been one of the pioneers of B2B Lead Generation and provides innovative and efficient digital solutions for B2B marketplaces and leads campaigns.
This position is organized with a mix of remote (home working) and office work in Brussels or Paris. You will be traveling to visit customers within the Benelux and Paris HQ.

  • We’re looking for a tenacious and motivated BDM who has a taste for a challenge. Someone who is a proactive sales person with strong interpersonal skills that will allow you to be comfortable with B2B decision-makers (business leaders , marketing and sales departments).
  • Someone who can offer our clients the best digital B2B lead generation solutions and help them implement them quickly with concrete results.
  • An already successful B2B leader who can Identify and prospect new business opportunities in your markets.
  • You are an excellent negotiator, autonomous, open, organized…but above all you like to surpass yourself and exceed your objectives!
  • A real player in Companeo growth, you will be in charge of the commercial development of a B2B sector by prospecting new customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • You will be supported by experienced sales management, will benefit from powerful tools (CRM, leads, etc.) as well as a very comprehensive training program during your first 3 months. Your successes will allow you to evolve in a group with many opportunities.
  • Your mother tongue is Dutch and you have a good understanding of the French/English language (mainly spoken)

For this, your main missions will be:

  • Understand the marketing and commercial challenges of your prospects to best meet their lead generation challenges.
  • Implement the commercial policy: offers of products and services, negotiation, prices.
  • Animate your portfolio of active customers and ensure cross-sell and up-sell to other lead generation solutions.
