About the Role

We are looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator to support our busy sales team, based at Cheshire Oaks. The role is permanent and reports to the Sales Support Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processing customer order forms for the New Sales & Client Management teams
  • Scanning processed orders
  • Updating client account details
  • Changing customers data selection criteria on the database
  • Confirming orders for invoicing and creating credit notes
  • Any additional administration duties that may be required
  • Dealing with requests from the wider business regarding customer accounts in a timely manner.
  • Keeping to daily deadlines – which includes looking after several email inboxes
  • Providing support for reception during lunch breaks and holidays
  • Supporting all Sales teams with extra administration tasks, this includes setting up customer licences, preparing usage reports, generating weekly data feeds for the sales team and updating customer information across all of the different Barbour-ABI platforms.
