Meta & Google Advertising Intern (M/F/NB) – Lisbon

information and technology, is currently looking for a Meta & Google
Advertising Intern to join our Paid Acquisition team for a 3-to-6-month
internship to strengthen the Companeo, Lda team based in Lisbon.

Companeo is a key player in B2B lead generation. Since

The challenge ahead:
As a Meta & Google Advertising Intern, you will work
hands-on across several European markets, supporting the day-to-day management
and optimization of our Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns while learning
directly from experienced Paid Media specialists.

Your responsibilities:
Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, and other paid platforms as needed
Help track and report on campaign performance and KPIs across multiple countries
Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities by country
Assist in adapting campaign content and messaging for different markets
Collaborate with country teams and global stakeholders to align on priorities and results
Contribute to A/B testing and performance analysis to improve ROI

About you:
– Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field)
– Fluent English is mandatory — you’ll work in English daily with international teams
– French, Spanish, and/or Italian are a strong plus, given our multi-market coverage
– An analytical mindset and comfort working with data and numbers
– Curiosity about digital advertising and a willingness to learn platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
– Rigorous, proactive, and a good team player, comfortable working across cultures and markets
