Sales Executive

Infopro Digital, the global B2B group specialising in information, data and technology solutions, is currently looking for a Sales Executive to strengthen the team supporting UKREiiF, one of the UK’s leading real estate, investment, regeneration and infrastructure events based in Leeds.

As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to support the commercial success of UKREiiF and related business activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their sales career who wants to gain commercial, administrative and client-facing experience within the events industry.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will play an important role in helping the business achieve its commercial targets by supporting the sales team with the annual UKREiiF event and other business activities.

Working closely with the Sales Director and Business Development Manager, you will help qualify inbound enquiries, manage sales administration, maintain CRM records, process orders and support wider business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Help to qualify inbound enquiries

Maintain customer records in CRM systems (HubSpot)

Create and upload accounts, contacts, opportunities and leads within the CRM system

Prepare and process customer quotations and track order status to ensure all paperwork is completed

Manage the inbound sales enquiries inbox, responding directly or directing enquiries to the appropriate team member

Research new sales targets with guidance from the Business Development and Sales teams

Support the production of sales and business development reports and dashboards

Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the sales team

Ensure key sales literature and website information remain accurate and up to date

Support the onboarding of new clients and assist with account administration and account management activities

Monitor sales pipelines and follow up on outstanding actions

Ensure all sales documentation is accurately filed and maintained

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise simultaneously

Strong English skills to ensure professionalism and accuracy

Great communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs

Strong written communication and presentation skills

Desirable

Sales or administrative experience especially use of CRM systems

Experience within events, media, exhibitions or conferences

Interest in property, investment, regeneration or infrastructure sectors

Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
