The challenge awaiting you :
As Middle Account, you will be a key player in the Sales Department.
You’ll be contributing to a variety of projects, while developing your skills and reaching new levels of expertise.
The tasks awaiting you – You will be responsible for :
* Establish and maintain business relationships with existing and potential customers in the assigned territory/market to generate new business for the organisation’s products and services.
* Make telephone calls, visits and personal presentations to existing and potential customers to ascertain their needs and provide solutions and services to maximize customer satisfaction and the growth and profitability of our company.
* Participate in the definition of new customer search strategies, carrying out all prospecting work for the development of potential customers and to obtain information in order to be able to determine their potential.
* To expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints. Coordinate with Customer Service for the monitoring of orders, complaints, planning of visits and contacts with customers, collections, etc.
* Propose sales forecasts and follow up on sales forecasts.
* Monitor and achieve budgeted annual sales.
* Keeping up to date with all technical features of products and services in order to inform customers of their applications.
* Participate in the planning of sales activities with the Sales Manager & Pre-sales.
* Comply with management directives on price/margin policies, sales conditions, minimum order quantities, production quantities, etc.
* Lead, in conjunction with the Sales Manager, the final commercial and contractual negotiations for all key customers.
* Comply with the communication and reporting processes defined within the sales and marketing organisation to ensure perfect alignment with all stakeholders.
* Use the company’s business information systems to ensure maximum reliability of information for informed decision making.
* Provide the Sales Manager with all relevant information on new market trends and customer needs by analysing your territory/market and determining the value of existing and potential customers to the organisation.
* Provide information regarding competitor’s activities (sales actions, new products or services).
* Participate in trade fairs and conventions when necessary or requested.
