Senior Sales Manager

Infopro Digital, the B2B group specialising in information and technology, is currently looking for a UK Senior Sales Manager to join our team on a permanent basis at Haynes Group Limited, which sits within Infopro Digital’s Automotive division.

Infopro Digital is a global organisation with 4,000 employees of 79 nationalities based in 26 countries, and a turnover of €630 million.

Haynes Group are an established Automotive Data Solutions provider. For the last 11 years, the business has consistently exceeded budgets, delivering double‑digit year‑on‑year growth. In 2020, Haynes Group was acquired by Infopro Digital as part of a larger strategic plan to become a global leader within the automotive data market.

The UK Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing the daily activities of the UK Commercial Team, covering both new business development and account management. The role ensures consistent execution of the commercial strategy, delivery of revenue targets, and high standards of customer engagement across the UK market.

Working closely with the AUKUS Commercial Director, the UK Senior Sales Manager will translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, drive performance, and embed strong sales discipline, forecasting, and account management practices.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

Lead, coach, and manage the UK Commercial Team, encompassing new sales and account management functions

Set clear objectives, priorities, and performance expectations for the team

Conduct regular one‑to‑ones, pipeline reviews, and performance reviews

Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of commercial team members

Foster a high‑performance, collaborative, and customer‑focused culture

Sales Execution & New Business

Drive new business acquisition in line with UK and broader AUKUS targets, including managing your own sales targets and those of the wider team

Oversee opportunity management from lead qualification through to close

Ensure consistent use of CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting

Support complex or strategic sales opportunities where senior involvement is required

Account Management & Customer Growth

Ensure structured account management practices are applied across key UK customers

Drive account retention, growth, and cross‑sell / upsell opportunities

Oversee customer engagement plans and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Act as an escalation point for key customer issues when required

Commercial Performance & Reporting

Own UK sales performance against revenue, margin, and activity targets

Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to the AUKUS Commercial Director

Monitor KPIs and take corrective action where performance is off‑plan

Contribute to budgeting and commercial planning processes

Strategy & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Execute the UK commercial strategy in alignment with AUKUS objectives

Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams

Provide market insight, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to senior stakeholders

Requirements

Skills & Experience – Desirable

Experience in data, automotive, SaaS, or subscription‑based businesses

Exposure to multi‑region or matrix organisations

Experience working with senior or strategic customer accounts

Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
