Enterprise Account Manager

Infopro Digital is recruiting a high‑performing Enterprise Account Manager to join our Risk Global business in Hong Kong, covering the APAC region.

This role owns a defined territory and an established book of business, with full responsibility for renewals, retention, and revenue growth. In addition to protecting and expanding existing accounts, the role has a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition, proactive prospecting, and building pipeline through consistent outbound activity.

This is a high‑impact, high‑ownership role suited to ambitious, commercially driven sales professionals who thrive in a performance‑led environment and have a proven track record of delivering growth.

Key Responsibilities

Renewals, Retention & Revenue

Own contract renewals across assigned accounts

Mitigate churn through strong relationship management and value delivery

Drive price increases and incremental revenue growth at renewal

Enterprise Account Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across the APAC region

Build and maintain trusted, long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders

Expand accounts by identifying new teams, functions, and regions

New Business & Territory Growth

Own the full 360° sales cycle for new logo acquisition

Proactively prospect and build pipeline through outbound activity

Convert opportunities into long‑term, high‑value clients

Client Understanding & Value Selling

Understand client goals, challenges, and commercial drivers

Position solutions using a consultative, value‑based selling approach

Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across the product portfolio

Market & Product Expertise

Stay informed on financial markets and industry trends

Establish credibility by understanding customers’ businesses

Deliver product training to ensure high levels of platform adoption

Operational Excellence

Maintain accurate monthly and quarterly pipeline forecasts

Keep detailed records of all client activity in the internal CRM

Attend industry events and client meetings, including travel when required

Requirements

(Core)

5–7+ years of successful enterprise sales, business development, or account management experience

Proven ability to grow high‑value, complex six‑figure accounts

Demonstrated success achieving price increases at renewal

Strong experience owning the full sales cycle, including new logo acquisition

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including C‑level engagement

Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of enterprise procurement and commercial models

Solid knowledge of account planning, customer lifecycle management, and value‑based selling

Highly motivated, proactive, and resilient with an entrepreneurial mindset

Must live within commutable distance of the Hong Kong office and attend at least 3 days per week

Desirable Skills (Secondary)

Understanding of financial markets or financial services concepts

Experience selling information, data, or subscription‑based products

Additional regional language skills
