Direct Sales Representative (M/F/D)

Representative on a permanent contract to strengthen the Companeo, Lda team
based in Lisbon.

The challenge ahead:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a
key point of contact for our customers.
Your responsibilities:
* Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and potential customers (workshops and small/mid-size distributors) in the assigned territory/market to generate new business for the organization’s software and data products and services.
* Make phone calls, visits and personal presentations to existing and potential customers to find out their needs and provide solutions and services to maximize customer satisfaction and the growth and profitability of our company.
* Participate in the definition of search strategies for new clients, carrying out all the prospecting work necessary for the development of potential clients and to obtain information in order to determine their potential.
* Speed up the resolution of customer problems and complaints. Coordinate with Customer Service to monitor orders, claims, planning visits and contacts with customers, collections, etc.
* Propose sales forecasts and follow up on them.
* Monitor and achieve budgeted annual sales.
* Keep up to date with all the technical characteristics of the products and services to be able to inform the clients of their applications.
* Participate in the planning of sales activities with the Field Sales Manager & Pre-sales .
* Comply with the guidelines of the Management regarding price/margin policies, sales conditions, minimum order quantities, production quantities, etc.
* Direct, together with the Sales Manager, the final commercial and contractual negotiations of all its key clients.
* Comply with the communication and reporting procedures defined within the commercial and marketing organization to ensure perfect alignment with all interested parties.
* Use the business information systems of the company to guarantee the maximum reliability of the information for a well-informed decision-making.
* Provide the Sales Manager with all relevant information regarding new market trends and customer needs by analyzing their territory/market and determining the value of existing and potential customers to the organization.
* Provide all the information related to the activities of the competition (sales actions, new products or services).
* Participate in fairs and conventions when necessary or requested.

About you:
-Organizational capacity, autonomy and rigor in monitoring sales management in the assigned area.
-Professional with a clear commercial profile and a minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in the sales area, making visits and routes.
-High capacity for work, persuasive skills and personal relationship, oriented to the achievement of objectives.
-Knowledge of application of the sector will be valued very positively.
-Native in Portuguese, good level of English
