Senior Marketing Specialist – 1Lod Events & Risk Marketing Solutions North America
Infopro Digital is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead 1LoD Events and MAS across our Risk Global portfolio. This role is pivotal to delivering audiences to our clients and enhancing collaboration across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and implement integrated, multi-channel communication strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to develop event strategies. In particular, working with the Head of Production in Nashville for 1LoD.
• Innovate new delegate acquisition tactics, including audience segmentation, data-led targeting, digital advertising and partner marketing, to drive attendance and revenue.
• Working with the delegate sales teams to generate high-quality leads and campaigns that directly contribute to delegate revenue.
• Coordinate marketing practices across 1LoD teams, ensuring consistency in standards, tone, and design.
• Apply marketing best practices and improve processes across all brands.
• Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, adjusting plans based on market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate and support the Europe and Asia marketing teams to ensure coherent messaging across regions.
• Establish and uphold best practice in event websites, branding, data capture, analytics and reporting to ensure consistency and measurable impact across portfolios.
• Working closely with the new global MAS and AI marketer, optimise MAS digital platforms, ensuring websites and campaign landing pages effectively drive awareness, engagement and lead conversion.
• Develop and deliver client-focused projects, such as webinars, whitepapers, roundtables (non-event tied) and surveys, in partnership with sales and editorial, ensuring outputs meet client objectives.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new client opportunities, build marketing propositions and support sales enablement with collateral and case studies.
• Create integrated marketing campaigns (content, digital, partnerships, social and email) to promote MAS solutions and generate qualified leads.
• Implement and manage third-party partnerships (e.g. agencies, data providers, technology vendors) to streamline delivery and optimise ROI on global MAS projects.
• Drive innovation in MAS marketing through testing new formats, digital channels and approaches to maximise client satisfaction and revenue potential.
• Add value to the marketing function by using technology to automate tasks that free up time to focus on high-value add activities (thus improving job satisfaction and retention)
• Use technology to drive lead-flow into the MAS business
• Use AI technologies, such as LinkedIn Co-Pilot and HubSpot Breeze, to maximize our audience reach in a targeted manner.
Requirements
• Proven experience in events marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of digital and direct marketing, including PPC and social media.
• Demonstrated success in driving qualified leads and achieving revenue goals.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Commercially driven, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Skilled communicator and influencer with a collaborative mindset.
