Client Services Administrator

Infopro Digital, the B2B group specialising in information and technology, is currently looking for a Client Services Administrator on a permanent contract to strengthen the team at its Barbour ABI business.

The “Client Services Administrator” plays a key role in supporting the Sales and Client Management teams by handling administrative tasks, co-ordinating communication and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in helping the team operate at peak performance.

Process order forms for the New Sales and Client Management teams.

Update and maintain client account details.

Amend client data criteria as required.

Confirm orders for invoicing and create credit notes as required.

Respond to requests from the wider business regarding client accounts in a timely manner.

Meet daily operational deadlines, including managing multiple shared email inboxes.

Create data feeds and trials for clients.

Provide reception cover on a rota basis.

Consistently meet daily deadlines and service-level expectations.

Respond quickly and professionally to issues raised by internal stakeholders.

Carry out additional administrative duties as required.

Requirements

Previous administrative background is an advantage.

Proficiency with Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong Excel skills and experience using in-house systems are beneficial.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy is essential.

Able to work independently using own initiative.

Strong multitasking and organisational abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

A proactive, collaborative team player.
