information and technology, is currently looking for a Customer Service on a
permanent contract to strengthen the Companeo, Lda team based in Lisbon.
Companeo is a key player in B2B lead generation. Since

The challenge ahead:
As a Customer Service, you will be a key point of
contact for our customers.
Your responsibilities:
– Your role will be to contact targeted companies,
assess their needs and generate high-quality sales opportunities for our sales
teams. You will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and growing our
B2B market.
– Make and receive calls to handle user quote requests;
– Contact users by phone to identify any needs they may have in terms of quotes and project definition;
– Ensure the quality of requests sent in accordance with instructions
– Identify and assess user needs;
– Remind users who have requested quotes based on requests submitted in the back office;
– Make the minimum number of calls per day as set and communicated;
– Correctly present and explain the advantages and qualities of the Companeo solution;
– Detect customer needs beyond the initial request, in accordance with the training provided and in strict compliance with the rules for handling quote requests, which were communicated to you during the aforementioned training;
– Provide, within the deadline and at the frequency set by the company, complete information on the progress of commercial operations carried out by you under this contract;
– Communicate as promptly as possible any occurrence or fact that has a direct influence on commercial solicitation activity, namely any complaint or claim made by a Customer or potential Customer;
