Sales Executive (M/F/D)

technology, is currently seeking a Sales Executive with a permanent contract to
strengthen the commercial team.

Infopro Digital Automotive is the Automotive division of the

Reporting to the Sales Manager,
you will be resd.ponsible for sales management in the specified area,
maintaining and expanding the current customer portfolio assigned in the
aftermarket sector. You will also be responsible for promoting the company’s
products and image.
The mission of the position is to generate sales, achieve the
targets set by the Sales Manager, maintain and develop existing customers, and
seek new ones through prospective methods.

The tasks awaiting you:
– Establish, develop and maintain commercial relationships with
current and potential customers in the assigned territory/market to generate
new business for the organisation’s products and services.
– Make telephone calls, visits and personal presentations to
existing and potential customers to find out their needs and provide solutions
and services to maximise customer satisfaction and the growth and profitability
of our company.
– Participate in defining strategies for finding new customers,
carrying out all the prospecting work necessary to develop potential customers
and obtain information in order to determine their potential.
– Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Coordinate with Customer Service to monitor orders, complaints, visit planning
and customer contacts, collections, etc.
– Propose sales forecasts and follow up on them.
– Monitor and achieve budgeted annual sales.
– Keep up to date with all the technical features of products and
services in order to inform customers of their applications.
– Participate in the planning of sales activities with the Sales
Manager & Pre-sales.
– Comply with management guidelines regarding pricing/margin
policies, sales conditions, minimum order quantities, production quantities,
etc.
– Lead, together with the Sales Manager, the final commercial and
contractual negotiations for all key customers.
– Comply with the communication and reporting procedures defined
within the sales and marketing organisation to ensure perfect alignment with
all stakeholders.
– Use the company’s business information systems to ensure maximum
reliability of information for well-informed decision-making.
– Provide the Sales Manager with all relevant information
regarding new market trends and customer needs by analysing your
territory/market and determining the value of existing and potential customers
to the organisation.
– Provide all information regarding competitor activities (sales
actions, new products or services).
– Participate in trade fairs and conventions when necessary or
requested.

About you :
❖Minimum experience: At least 1 year in sales
❖Required knowledge (Sales, Commercial
management, Marketing, Digital, Customer service, Decision-making, Customer
acquisition, Sales plan, Direct sales)
❖Organisational skills, autonomy and rigour in
monitoring sales management in the assigned area.
❖Professional with a clear commercial profile and
a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in sales, making visits and routes.
❖High work capacity, persuasive and interpersonal
skills, goal-oriented.
❖Knowledge of the sector will be highly valued.
