Software Support Technician (M/F/D)

Technician on a permanent contract to strengthen the team at Infopro Digital

The Spain & Portugal operation based in Lsibon is hiring a Software
Support Technician, who can handle level 1 incidents and perform remote
troubleshooting with diagnosis, analysis, and follow-up.
 
The challenge awaiting you :
Analyse and diagnose
– Manage customer requests
– Receive, reformulate and identify requests
– Analyse and diagnose the request
– Resolve, close or escalate the request
– Follow up and inform customers about the progress of their requests, if escalated
Manage emails and distribute information and/or documentation
– Process e-mail messages, qualifying them, establishing priorities and
assigning them to levels 2 and 3
– Monitor customers, check deadlines and alert them if necessary
– Follow up on escalated requests, JIRA, reminders and customer follow-up, if necessary
Resources
– Telephone switchboard
– Computer workstation: office applications and management software
– Ticketing and remote-control tool
– Knowledge base and internal procedures by customer or network
Connections
– Direct and ongoing contact with customers
– Relations with development and project services
– Relations with customer and training departments

About you :
❖BTS in secretarial studies or similar – knowledge of secretarial techniques and customer reception
❖Autonomy in organisation
❖Tasks defined, monitored and evaluated by the director
❖Ability to take initiative and respond quickly to telephone enquiries
❖Ensures the image of the service: attendance, full-time work, punctuality, accuracy, friendliness, patience, listening skills, diplomacy.
❖Availability required for related services
❖Discretion and professional confidentiality
❖Very good command of French (spelling, grammar)
❖Good knowledge of IT tools
❖Ability to organise and manage priorities
