Development Representative on a permanent contract to strengthen the team at
Infopro Digital Automotive.

The Spain operation based in Barcelona is hiring a Sales Development
Representative, who will be a key point of contact for customers.

Your responsibilities:
Your role will be to contact targeted
companies, assess their needs and generate high-quality sales opportunities for
our sales teams. You will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and
growing our B2B market.
– Contact companies using the databases provided.
– Identify and contact key decision-makers, including business leaders, purchasing managers and other relevant stakeholders.
– Qualify prospects’ needs, assess their potential and gauge their level of interest.
– Accurately create  enrich prospect files in our CRM system.
– Transfer qualified leads to the sales teams or convert them directly when appropriate.
– Follow up on prospects who are unreachable or require further review.

About you:
❖Proven and successful experience in B2B telephone prospecting or in a call centre.
❖Excellent oral communication skills in Spanish.
❖Ability to quickly capture and maintain attention during calls.
❖Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in following up and qualifying leads.
❖Goal-oriented, resilient and able to overcome rejection.
❖Team player with a strong desire to learn and develop.
