information and technology, is currently looking for ERP Support Specialist on
a permanent contract to strengthen the team at Infopro Digital Automotive.

The Spain & Portugal operation based in Barcelona is hiring a ERP Support
Specialist and your responsibilities will include:
Client Project Management:
-Collaborate in the implementation of ERP systems with the ERP Support & Development team, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements.
-Assist in the management of incidents reported by clients to ensure their satisfaction.
-Learn to identify and manage project risks, implementing preventive andcorrective measures under supervision.
-Assist in the drafting, coordination and monitoring of budgets/contracts in collaboration with an external legal expert.
-Support the supervision of invoicing and deadlines in collaboration with the Finance Department.
Internal
Project Management:
-Assist in the auditing and definition of products, workflows and prices/rates, ensuring the integration of data into Salesforce.
-Support the definition, coordination and monitoring of processes such as Freshdesk (tickets) and GIC (filter for requests for quotations).
Sales management:
-Prospect new customers through telephone calls or physical visits, identifying business opportunities and presenting the benefits of our ERP products.
-Maintain and strengthen relationships with the existing customer portfolio, offering a personalised service
-Follow a structured sales process, from identifying leads to closing the sale, recording all operations in our CRM system.
-Collaborate closely with the ERP and ERP Support teams to understand customer needs and identify new opportunities.
-Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective lead
generation campaigns.
Partner/supplier relations:
-Support agreements with suppliers to meet customer needs.
-Collaborate with the administration department in supervising purchases from suppliers.
-Support the implementation of the process for tracking commissions generated from agreements with partners.
 
About you :
❖ Previous sales experience, preferably in the technology or ERP software sector.
❖ Solid knowledge of ERP systems and their implementation.
❖ Familiarity with project management and sales tracking tools (CRM).
❖ Ability to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
❖ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks
simultaneously.
❖ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
❖ Ability to build trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
❖ Results-oriented, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
❖ Effective problem-solving and decision-making, even under pressure.
❖ Proactive and customer-focused attitude, with a high degree of motivation and persistence.
