Junior Contract Administrator

Contract Administration on a permanent basis to join HaynesPro Romania.

Key task and responsibilities:
As a key member of the
Administration team, you will work in a highly collaborative and dynamic
environment.
Your tasks are as
follows:
Maintaining a good relationship between the company and suppliers ;
Coordination of reporting on users and revenue aspects with OEs ;
Undertaking contract analysis and providing advice to the business ;
Negotiation of legal agreements with customers or suppliers and undertaking research on topics relevant to the industry ;
Drafting and negotiating contracts that are legally binding between both parties ;
Monitoring the course of commercial contracts under management and reporting non-compliance by the beneficiary with any contractual clauses ;
Monitoring and coordinating the number of internal users on the platforms offered by the suppliers ;
Ad-hoc specific reports.

About you:
The role of JuniorContract Administration within the Infopro Digital group is for you if
you have:
Fluent in French both speaking and writing ;
Advanced in English ;
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position ;
High level of accuracy and attention to detail ;
Effective communication skills, particularly when liaising with other departments or external organisations such as clients, suppliers and regulators ;
Strong organisational skills ;
Advanced level of Excel ;
Experience with a similar position is an advantage ;
Good experience with charts, reports and records
