Management Accountant

Infopro Digital group are recruiting for a Management Accountant on a permanent basis to join it’s Haynes brand.

Haynes Group are an established Automotive Data Solutions provider. For the last 10 years the business has consistently exceeded budgets, delivering double digit year-on-year growth. In 2020 Haynes Group was acquired by Infopro Digital as part of a larger strategic plan to become a global leader within the automotive data market.

As a key member of the finance team you will work across overall responsibility for UK and Australian finance functions to include:

Preparation/oversight of monthly management accounts within group deadlines

Assisting MD’s with annual budget preparation process

Ownership of forecast numbers and variance reporting performance against budget

Supervise Accounts Receivables and Payables process

Facilitation of annual audit including being primary contact with Auditors

Review and circulation of Consumer consolidated sales reports

VAT returns on behalf of the UK VAT Group and EU VAT submissions

Inter-company reconciliation of month end balances and month invoices.

You will report into AUKUS Finance Manager

Requirements

All necessary background research, preparation of schedules, liaison with internal colleagues and external advisers to enable the satisfactory completion of the above job responsibilities. Including:

-Qualified – ACA/ACCA/CIMA (compulsory)

-Excellent Excel skills

-Excellent Analytical skills

-Team player and willingness for ‘hands-on’ approach

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Attention to detail and accuracy of outputs

-Keen to add value and identify opportunities for improvement

-The need to identify and respect confidential information
