Infopro Digital group are recruiting for a Recruiter and HR Admin on a permanent basis in our Nashville offices.

Infopro Digital is in the midst of a sustained expansion in the United States and requires a dedicated HR and recruitment assistant to meet current and future hiring needs. This individual will be responsible for all HR and recruitment related activities in the Americas and be the central point of contact for all HR and recruitment related issues within the US offices.

Structure and Size of Team

Joining a global HR team of six experienced HR professionals, you will report to the US HR & Talent Manager.

Requirements

As a key member of the global HR team you will work to raise Infopro’s profile as an employer of choice, as well as the profile of key Infopro brands

Ensure that the candidate experience is professional and leaves the candidate with a clear understanding of the company and the position

Using Workable and other internal resources to ensure that the HR and recruitment process for managers is efficient and effective.

Supporting the HR and recruitment team in the administration of the complete application management process

Being the first point of contact for all candidates.

Arrange and schedule onboarding of new employees

Carry out inductions for new starters and exit interviews for leaver

Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and pre-employment screenings.

Scheduling interviews and issue relevant correspondence

Communication with candidates, providing customer support and updating them on their applications

Payroll coverage and HR Support across the US as needed.

Ad hoc project work as required

Requirements:

1-2 Years of Full Cycle recruitment

1-2 Years of HR Admin and Payroll Support

Experience with Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter and Similar HRIS and ATS platforms

Strong interviewing, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to Multitask along with high analytical capabilities and conflict resolution skills.

Strong computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
