HR Manager

The Infopro Digital Group is recruiting a HR Manager for Austria based in Perchtoldsdorf, to support the development of two of its subsidiaries:

  • Red On line : offers a regulatory monitoring and compliance solution to support and facilitate the consideration of EHS (environment health, and safety) and sustainable development in more than 85 countries.
    Our services are used by more than 2,000 organizations in various sectors (energy, food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, automotive, etc.). We support organizations on a daily basis in their HSE risk management and their ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001 certification process.
    With several teams working together (lawyers, engineers, marketing, product, sales), Red-on-line evolves in an international context to offer solutions adapted to its clients.
  • Docu Media: portfolio that includes data and information platforms to build the link between planners / architects and all players in the construction industry.
    Approximately 30 employees in the editorial, research, sales operations and IT departments work every day to ensure that Docu Media provides the best customer advice and efficient services.
    Your tasks:

As a key member of the HR team:

  • You implement the HR policy of the group in line with the group’s global strategy.
  • You are responsible and accountable for all aspects of HR in your area
  • You are the contact person for managers and employees in your area and participate in the deployment of HR projects.

Your missions are :

  • To advise managers on all HR issues
  • Recruitment management
  • Management of personnel administration (including the establishment of employment contracts, addendum, monitoring of absences …)
  • Establishing and monitoring the training plan
  • Coordinating the payroll. As such, you are the contact person for the payroll service provider, in order to provide all the elements necessary for its establishment,
  • The establishment and implementation of HR policies.
  • Ensuring that HR actions comply with legislation
  • To participate and manage the relationship with work councils

You will report directly to the Group HR Director.
Travel is to be expected between the two companies ‘sites. (Perchtoldsdorf and Salzburg)

Profile:

The job of Regional HR Manager within the Infopro Digital group is for you if:

  • You have experience as a generalist in the HR function
  • You have a good knowledge of labor law
  • You are rigorous and methodical
  • You are result oriented
  • You can communicate in English and in German. French would be a plus.
