Learning Events Producer
Risk Learning is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, self-motivating individual who will be working with a global team and is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and events.
As a Learning Events Producer, you will take direct responsibility for researching, producing, developing, and running training courses within Infopro Digital’s global Risk Learning portfolio. These events focus on financial risk management in global capital markets.

Key responsibilities include:
Ownership and project management of multiple learning events through their full lifecycle- from creation of agenda to execution of event
Identification of key areas of learning development and emerging trends in financial risk management supporting innovation of topics, formats, and features to rapidly develop new training ideas to expand the brand portfolio
Conduct in-depth telephone and face-to-face research with high-profile individuals within the sector to support creation of engaging agenda content
Identification, sourcing, and management of professional relationships with key senior level industry subject matter experts as speakers pre/post event
Collaboration with the Risk Learning wider team to support commercial deliverables, maximising delegate revenues achieved and including creation of dynamic marketing and sales copy
Facilitation of virtual (and in-person) learning events representing Risk Learning to external audiences
Requirements
We are looking for a positive, creative, and resourceful candidate for this role. While we are not looking for a candidate with a specific background, we do welcome all applicants who are excited by learning in all its forms, offering:
An ability to adapt and enthusiasm for developing new skills
Persuasive communication skills- particularly written and listening to aid creation of engaging agendas and marketing copy
Ability to conduct analytical research (both desk and phone call)
Comfortability in engaging with high level content from various sources and senior industry subject-matter experts
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to form, influence, and manage relationships with prospective, senior-level speakers
Project management skills- with particular focus on time management, prioritization, deadline management, and detail orientation
Multi-tasking is essential to this role as you will project manage all aspects of training programmes, while constantly keeping an eye on the industry for new trends and players
