Head of Content Production (F/H)

InfoPro Digital Automotive is the division of InfoPro Digital focusing on digital solutions and  content for the Automotive Aftermarket, helping distributors, workshops, and other stakeholders in the automotive aftermarket to increase their efficiency and access data to perform the day-to-day tasks in repairing and servicing cars for our customers. 

The Product and Innovation team is looking to expand and is currently looking for a Head of Content Production France to help the expansion of existing and new products for both France and international markets for tools to support players in the Aftermarket parts ecosystem to run their business.
As a Head of Content Production, you focus on: 

– Managing the teams in charge of creating the content for our parts 
catalogues and solutions including the cost / budget aspects

– Defining and implementing tools and methods to increase both efficiency and
effectiveness of creation of pertinent data be used in the various Infopro Digital 
Automotive products and solutions  

– Directly manage a team of a total of > 160 FTEs in our Orleans, Antony (direct
management) and Tunis (functional management, in coordination with the local 
site director) locations 

– Coordinate and work with our Head of Content Production leaders in our 
other locations

– Closely liaise with the Product Development teams on the roadmaps of the 
products and solutions for which the content created by your team is used

– Understand the challenges of the various stakeholders in the automotive 
aftermarket: car manufacturers, parts manufacturers and distributors, repair and
workshops, fleet managers, pure digital players. Anticipate their digital needs 
and use of data to enhance their customer’s digital experience

With a true passion for creation of valuable, pertinent data, you have already had several 
roles with turning the value of data into products and value creators. You know how to 
manage content delivery teams, both from a strategic and an operational view, in an 
international context and speak at least 2 European languages – with English being one of 
them. You are driven by innovation in close cooperation with customers to help manage 
data and uncover new ways of turning data into clear values for customers in a B2B context.
Experience in the automotive (aftermarket) is a clear plus. You have managed and can 
manage budgets of data creation cost centers. 
I – Your targets: 
1/ Manage the delivery of content and data for usage in the Automotive Aftermarket

– Enable team leads and local managers to deliver content on all 
aspects relating to data for parts and related aspects in the aftermarket 

– Monitor and manage your budget for the content creation

– Actively search and deploy new ways of creating, interpreting and 
enriching data in measurable ways for usage in our Automotive solutions 
and products and optimizing Data & IT integration aspects

– Prioritise the input from the various stakeholders to create and enrich

– Active participation in projects defining the next version of our 
solutions and products for the Aftermarket distribution 

– Ensure Business Cases and Plans are leading the non-technical aspects
of the overall production planning

– Develop the team leaders and managers within your organization
oActively participate in communication around the content roadmaps 
to internal and external stakeholders (management, other areas within 
the division, customers, partners, …) 

– Coordinate and manage all other areas that help in creating rich, 
pertinent content and data

2/ Innovation 

– Ensure inclusion of innovation within the teams and with the team of 
Product Owners to ensure future proof and innovative solutions in the 
competitive industry we are in

– Participate, organize, and share innovation sessions with internal and 
external stakeholders  

II – What we are looking for 

1 – What you bring  

–  Educational Background in Engineering (University level or equivalent) or 
related that has allowed you to gain Data / Content Production / Digital / 
Innovation / Product Management leadership experience

– At least 10-15 years of experience managing international data creation, IT 
aspects and delivery teams with production KPI driven management for content 
creation and IT solutions

– Experience managing multi-site international teams 

– Fluent in English and at least one other main European language

– If possible: experience within – or in close cooperation with – the automotive 
aftermarket industry
