Infopro Digital, a B2B group specialising in information and technology, is currently looking for a Marketing SEA Specialist on a permanent contract to strengthen the Companeo, Lda team based in Lisbon.

The challenge ahead:
As an SEA Marketing Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Your role will consist of generating leads, initially focusing on the French market, with the exciting possibility of expanding your expertise to other countries.
-Strategic advertising creation: develop, launch and manage compelling and effective advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok platforms, specifically tailored to the French market and potentially other markets.
-Performance analysis and optimisation: continuously monitor, analyse and report on key advertising performance indicators (CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROI). Evaluate campaign effectiveness and margin to ensure profitability.
-Propose and implement improvements: identify trends, insights and opportunities for campaign optimisation. Propose data-driven improvements for targeting, creative, bidding strategies and landing pages to improve performance and ROI.
-Visuals that convert: Create compelling and engaging visuals and ad copy that resonate with our B2B target audience and drive conversions.
-Audience and market research: Conduct in-depth research on user behaviour, consumption habits and market trends in different countries in order to optimise our marketing strategies and effectively tailor content.
-Social media management: Oversee and manage our social media accounts, ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence.
-Community engagement: Interact with our online audience, build meaningful relationships and promote a positive brand image.
-Integration of future talent: Play a role in identifying and mentoring future interns who will join our dynamic team.
About you:
Proven expertise in Meta and TikTok advertising: demonstrable experience in creating, managing, and optimising successful paid advertising campaigns on social media, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
❖Analytical and data-driven mindset: strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, evaluate campaign performance and margins, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
❖Creative and innovative mindset: ability to develop innovative and engaging advertising concepts and campaigns.
❖Results-oriented: Focused on achieving and exceeding key performance indicators and delivering tangible business results.
❖Strong English skills: Clear and confident written and oral communication. Fluency in French is essential for this position. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
❖Passion for social media and digital marketing: genuine enthusiasm for the evolving landscape of social media advertising and its impact on B2B lead generation.
❖Proactive and self-motivated: ability to take initiative, manage priorities and work independently.
