Business Developer Manager (M/F/D)

Infopro Digital, a B2B group specialising in information and technology, is currently looking for a Business Developer Manager on a permanent contract to strengthen the Companeo, Lda team based in Lisbon.
Companeo is a key player in B2B lead generation. Since the start of its international expansion in 2005, we have established a presence in several countries.

The challenge ahead:
As a Business Developer Manager, you will be a key point of contact for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
– Researching key players in specific categories in Spain and other markets, and establishing and developing relationships with prospects by telephone, email and in person.
– Building and converting a portfolio of national clients.
– The Business Development Manager will also have account management responsibilities to help existing customers expand into new markets or categories.
– Work collaboratively with the Sales Assistants team and Customer Success Managers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
– Communicate customer concerns to the relevant teams within the organisation and develop strategies to ensure consistent follow-up.
– Achieve your ambitious but realistic goals.

About you:
❖At least 2 years’ experience in a commercial environment, preferably in B2B services.
❖Some experience in prospecting (hunting) for new clients, and you enjoy signing new contracts.
❖Fluency in spoken and written Spanish, preferably as a native speaker; and, of course, a good level of English. Any other languages are an asset.
❖Excellent telephone, Teams and administrative skills; your ability to build trust, convince and engage customers over the phone is essential.
❖You are recognised as a good listener, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage conflicts quickly and effectively while balancing the interests of the customer and the company.
