Business Development Manager
Infopro Digital is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join Red-on-Line, our global EHS regulatory compliance SaaS division. This is a fully remote role with some travel to our London office.

About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving new business growth for Red-on-Line across designated European markets. You will focus on identifying, nurturing, and converting prospects—primarily Global EHS Directors—through a full-cycle consultative sales approach.
You will:
Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client engagements.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal development and deal closure.
Target mid-market and enterprise-level organisations across Europe.
Build strong relationships with senior EHS stakeholders and articulate value-based solutions.
Represent Red-on-Line with a consultative, solution-led sales approach.
Report directly to the European Sales Director.
This is a high-impact, growth-focused role within a dynamic and ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Pipeline Growth
Prospect and qualify new opportunities across assigned territories.
Conduct discovery calls, identify client needs, and position the Red-on-Line portfolio effectively.
Build relationships across operational, compliance, and senior leadership levels.
Develop tailored proposals and pitch complex solutions confidently.
Full-Cycle Consultative Sales
Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring momentum and clarity at every stage.
Deliver compelling presentations—both virtual and face-to-face.
Work creatively to tailor solutions and introduce new products where relevant.
Maintain strong CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and clear communication with internal teams.
Collaboration & Internal Alignment
Work closely with Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing to shape client conversations.
Share market insights to support product positioning and innovation.
Support the broader commercial strategy and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, technology, or compliance-related sectors.
Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
Consultative selling approach—comfortable engaging both remotely and face-to-face.
Skilled at opening new accounts and building long-term relationships.
Highly organised, ambitious, commercially driven, and resilient.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Creative, solutions-focused mindset and open to pitching new ideas or products.
