Junior Account Manager
Infopro Digital Group is recruiting for a Junior Account Management position on a permanent basis to join its Americas automotive division.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Infopro Digital Automotive, part of Infopro Digital, a global organization. With 4000 employees based in 18 Countries and a turnover of €550 million, we are looking to develop our automotive and lubricant data business in North America.
Job Summary:
The Junior Account Manager will support the management of existing client accounts across the USA, Canada, Mexico, and South America. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving the adoption of our automotive data solutions, including lubrication, wheel & tire, and technical repair data. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic, global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and promote the use of automotive data solutions (lubrication, wheel & tire, and technical repair data).
Coordinate with internal teams to address client inquiries and ensure timely delivery of data solutions.
Track and report on account performance metrics to support regional sales goals.
Stay informed on automotive industry trends to provide clients with relevant insights.
Work with Customer Success to provide training and support for customers on systems and software
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
Basic understanding of the automotive industry or data solutions is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts across a large region.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel occasionally within the USA, Canada, Mexico, and South America.
Fluency in English required; Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
