Senior Conference Producer

Infopro Digital Services Limited is seeking a dynamic Senior Conference Producer to join our expanding team. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing high-quality conferences and events under the 1LoD brand. This position is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker with a robust background in event production, particularly in the financial services sector.

This role will be based in Singapore together with our reporter and commercial sales director; and work closely with our Asia events team located in Hong Kong and UK. 

OBJECTIVES

The Senior Conference producer position offers an opportunity for anyone who is interested to pursue an exciting career in events and conferences. To be a successful Senior Conference Producer, you will need to:

Ensure commercial success and grow both sponsorship and delegate revenues for our conferences

Act as the project leader to ensure all aspects of the conferences (physical or virtual) are executed to the highest standard and satisfaction of all clients

Understand how virtual and physical events can be deployed to maximize ROI for our sponsors and optimize our delegates overall experience

Understand sponsor’ KPIs in measuring success of their participation in the conferences and our deliverables fulfill their objectives

Be independent and perform under minimal supervision

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

Develop fundamental value proposition of “why” attendees should attend the conferences and “how” our conferences address the pressing issues facing the target audience – be it for face-to-face, virtual or hybrid.

Create an event that would provide the best value to our sponsors and delegates pre, during and after the event through physical and digital channels.

Form programme advisory board and conduct research with board members to understand key industry trends and challenges

Draft conference programmes to cover key current issues and future challenges

Identify and recruit compelling speakers for each conference programme

Introduce innovative and new formats in conference programmes to promote interactivity and participation from the audience

Develop new features for the conferences to inject exciting new experiences

In partnership with our marketing services team, identify and create new revenue streams for the conferences

Take lead on client onboarding process to ensure clients get the most value out of their sponsorships

Take part in regular internal project meetings to ensure effective communications within the team and project timelines are properly managed

 

Requirements

Outstanding commercial acumen and extremely customer focussed

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Digital savvy and be able to execute new ideas

Confidence in handling internal and external clients and demonstrate problem solving skills

Proven time management, ability to multi-task and prioritize

Ability to innovate, take calculated risk and think outside of the box

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

3-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in a dynamic and client-facing role

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, event management software, and CRM tools.

Familiarity with data analysis and event performance metrics.
